Terms of use

The rules for using eStudyGate

By creating an account or using eStudyGate you agree to these terms. They are short and written in plain words. Last updated 3 October 2026.

1. Your account

One account is for one student. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Our questions are for your own study

Every question, option, explanation, answer note, mock paper, cheat sheet and analysis on eStudyGate is original work owned by eStudyGate. You may use it to prepare for your own exams.

You may not:

  • copy, download, record, photograph or screenshot questions, answers or explanations in bulk, or share them with others;
  • publish, sell or distribute our content - on another website, app, book, PDF, social media group or course;
  • use bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, browser automation, AI agents or AI browser tools (including tools connected through MCP or similar), or any other automated means to read, collect or answer our questions;
  • get around the free-question limit, the answer limit, the mock limit or any other protection, or use several accounts to do so;
  • use our content to build or train another question bank or AI model.

3. How we protect the question bank

To spot copying, we limit how many questions an account can answer in an hour and in a day, we watch for activity that looks automated, and the questions shown to each account carry an invisible mark that identifies the account they were shown to. If our content appears somewhere else, this lets us find out where it came from.

4. If these terms are broken

We may pause or close an account that breaks section 1 or 2. We may also ask the site or platform showing our content to remove it, and take legal action where the law allows. Before closing an account for suspected automated use, a person on our team reviews it.

5. About the exams

eStudyGate is an independent test-prep platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NTS, HEC, PMDC, NUST, FPSC or any provincial commission. We do our best to keep every question correct; if you find one that is not, use the Report button on the question or the Feedback button.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using eStudyGate after a change means you accept it.
